Am pleased to announce we have completed on a £2.4m Gross Loan to allow our borrower to purchase a site with planning in Bolton, for conversion to 116 flats, with townhouses on the roof.


It was a complicated case with a number of changes in purchase structure during the loan, but the whole team pulled through and we're pleased to support the borrower who had invested significantly ahead of purchase to get planning.


We look forward to separately assisting them now with securing development funding to build out the project.
